Directly under the administration of the Ministry of Education （MOE）, supported by MOE and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications （BUPT）, is a national key university built preferentially in the national Project 211, also one of 985 innovation platform for superiority subject.
